Denial Event 1738: Conf/xfer unstable calls

Where can one find a list of the denial event codes? This code is kind of self explanatory, however, I am only seeing any type of slips on this T1 maybe every 16 hours. I'd like to find the troubleshooting steps online or in some documentation, but I've come up blank.

Event codes are found in the following manuals:

Maintenance for Avaya MultiVantage and DEFINITY Server R - pages 8-125 to 8-137.

Avaya MultiVantage Call Vectoring and EAS Guide - pages 514-531.

I was once told by Avaya that if an event code in not published in the manuals, it is because that code is proprietary. Avaya Technical Support will be the ones to check with for the Event Code description.

I had already reviewed that documentation, however, that code was not in there. This event comes up when I do a list trace station xxxx, and I'm unable to find any documentation for those reason codes.

If the code is not listed (not all are) then your only choice is to call Avaya support.
