I get this error when trying an international call. Any ideas?

Try creating a route pattern that removes the "011" that you dial when making an international call. I found that most carriers don't want to receive the 011 unless you're on a regular POTS line.

You can remove the 011 by creating an route pattern just like the one you're using now, but putting "3" in the "Deleted Digits" field.

Thanks for helping! I already am deleting 3 digits but maybe I need to delete 3 more since it's using UDP code.

Are these route pattern going on outside trunks or tie trunks? If they're going on outside (public) trunks, then you probably just need to remove the 011 part from the inserted digits section and leave everything else as is.

Outside. I'll give that a try. So'll I need to delete a total of 6 difits then, 3 for the UDP code and three for the 011.

Thank you!

Just to clarify, this is probably what your first line should look like...

Grp FRL NPA Prefix No Inserted
No. Mark Deleted Digits

Notice that I didn't change the "No. Deleted Digits" field, but I modified the "Inserted Digits" field. That's how you'll probably need to remove the 011.

Just tried it and received, "You call can not be completed as enetered. Please check your call and try again".
