I have an S8500 Avaya media Server. Some days ago I received notification related with problems to make external calls.
I made a List trace Station xxxx and I received the 1097 Denial Event. I found out this about the Denial Event:
MFC No Answer timeout MFC call circuit congestion. No answer timeout.
Might be bad trunk or no Touch Tone Receiver
(TTR) available at remote end, for example.
All was working fine until last Monday, this is an intermittent issue, so some calls go out in the firs attempt and other calls need more patience.
I don't know if something is wrong with my trunk lines (TIE trunk), or if is my carrier.
