I'm not a system where I can test this, but probably the easiest way to do this would be to create one long dial string, add enough commas for a long pause, then follow that up with the necessary keys, something like this:
ATDT5551212,,,,password,,,1,,,3 etc.
The reason I say it's easiest to do this in one long string is that Procomm doesn't really support voice-capable modems, so you'll need to do a "blind" dial and can't rely on Procomm to know when it is supposed to enter a password, choose an option, etc.
