Denail Event 3706 - Event Data Decoding

I've read the other post, but have not seen an actual meaning of what the Event Data 1 and 2 refer too.

My environment is all media-gatewways, 85 of them. All on the lastest firmware. The Avaya docs say a 3706 is a H248Msg:ErrorHandler() VOIP Resources unavailable. So this sure sounds like a gateway but which one(s).

I appreciate anyone’s input on decoding the event data.
