Delphi incompatibility with Win NT ?

In D4 my Paradox database application runs OK under Win95.

It also runs on another standalone machine under Win95.

But on a networked machine under Win NT4 during the load it raises the Fatal Error 217 - "EControlC is raised when a user presses Ctrl+C to terminate a console application" {Delphi Help}.

Any ideas for the cause or the cure appreciated.
