Delphi Database Desktop

When I open the database Desktop for the creation of a database, from the menu I enter "File", "New", "Table". I am receiving the error message "Could not find any database drivers". This occurs only on a machine where an another RAD software was installed and removed, it was call WINDEV, a french software. I am assuming at de-installation time I have un-install more that I needed. Does any body knows and where to add the database drivers?
I have an another PC where the product works correctly, I should be able to copy it from that machine if I would know where to take it from, tks

Reinstall the BDE, there the drivers for paradox and dbase are located
