Delphi and Vista protected mode

Hello guys ,

Do you know how to make a delphi program run under protected mode in windows Vista?
Any help is truly appreciated.

I have a program that records mouseclicks and other events .it works fine on all programs but when it comes to IE7 and Vista it does not work.
Only if I disable protected mode in IE it works but that is not a good solution.
I was checking around the net and it seems "running the program at a low integrity" will solve the issue.

there is a solution here but I dont know how to achieve this in delphi
