Delphi 6 and newer releases of Crysta; VCL

I know why the Crystal VCL 10.00 should not work with Delphi 6.

Has anyone been successful at implementing a simple workaround? Getting the following error:

Exception EReadError in module xxx.exe at 000211FB. Error reading crpe1.ParamFields.Item.IsLinked:
Property IsLinked does not exist.

OK, why the persistency here? Just trying to avoid a rewrite. bad-unicode, bad-unicode.

Any suggestions will raise spirits. Helpful suggestions most appreciative.

If anyone has been tracking this, I resolved the issue. A path statement was loading the incorrect .DLL. Thanks.
