You are talking about the RD1000 disk drive, right? If external, I doubt it will play with SCO.
If it's internal, check this SCO.com TA: 126631 and see if the SATA chipset is one of the supported Intel ones.
If the SATA chipset is not supported, you have to switch the BIOS SATA setting to Legacy or IDE, then use the SCO wd driver.
