Dell Powervault 760 - Quotas?

Does anyone have experience implementing quotas on this SAN box? According to their documentation I've got user quotas set correctly, but it's not working. What I'm trying to do is bring over current home directories and set up quotas on them in a volume.

Dell's website is useless. Thanks for any help.
