Dell PE 2500 Netware 5 BIOS not loading

A month ago had problems about battery reconditioning, Did the reconditioning fine. Along the same amount of time has problems rebooting this server. BIOS not loaded. F1 or F2 did nothing. Had to keep restarting 5 to 8 times until the BIOS loaded successfully. I really don't want to update the firmware if not needed (chicken!!) Any ideas?
