Dell Latitude laptop - password reset

I aquired an old laptop Dell Latitude, and it was given to me for free, although the password (BIOS) needs to be reset. Anyone has any ideas on how to do that?

search internet for "killcmos" program . Will have to set up cmos setting again as it wipes the cmos settings completely .
