Dell Laptop - Disable Touch Pad / Stick 1

Hi all,

I have a problem with a Dell C400 Latitude Laptop. The pointer keeps getting a mind of its own and going all over the screen.

This laptop has a touch pad with 2 buttons and also a 'stick' with 2 buttons.

I want to disable all of these so that the user can just use the USB Mouse.

I have diabled it in the BIOS but this has made no differnce, you can still use the touch pad!!

Any ideas?

Sorry chaps - I have sorted this now.

I installed the sypnatics drivers for the pad/stick and this allowed me to disable the stick.

My issue is now resolved.
