Could some one tell me how to delete linux dual boot lilo from the boot sector. I am having difficulties installing windows from the vendor provided recovery cd as the lilo keeps on poping up at startup. HELP!!!!!

If this is Win9x, then boot to the startup diskette.
At the A:\ prompt, type: fdisk /mbr
This will recreate the original Win9x boot sector.
Next, type: sys c:
This will put the original Win9x system files on the C: drive, and you will be completely rid of Linux. Cheers,
Jim
