Hi all,
I have a huge problem to solve,
In our Primary repository i have 30,000 documents to delete. Those are all published by users(differetn groups. Those are no longer usefeul for us. So we need to delete those documents. (Any way we have a replica for in case)
What we are doing right now is deleteing the documents which are not used/refreshed/viewd after a perticular timestamp (say jan 01 2001: 2 years older)
So instaed of doing it manually in the supervisor is there a way to delete them automatically
like script/tool/altogether in a single shot or something
the server is Oracle 9i/windows 2000 server/bo 5.1.6
Can you please let me know is there any easy way to solve this kind of problem in future
Thanks
Tum
