deleting startup programs

how do i remove programs which are automaticly starting up every time i boot. in 98 i use to go into msconfig and manually remove but 2000 is different

thanks the autoruns link worked great and its simple to use. i couldnt believe that so many programs i thought where uninstalled where still in the backround running everytime i booted. now i have speed again.
