i have 3 computers in my office, all connect to a central server (in same office). I deleted a printer on the server, and it says "deleting" and been saying that for several days, it isnt gone yet. How do i make it fully delete?

Also, is there a way to remove printers that were automatically installed on a client after u unselect "control panel, folder options, view. under "file and folders" look for "automatically search for network folders
and printers"

Thanks...

For the first point. Try a Stop / Start on the spooler service.

Automaticly identified printers and shares can be right-clicked and deleted in Network Neighborhood.
