Deleting lic98 for Ca_lic directory

I need to free up some space on my nt server. There is this file in CA_lic directory called lic98 that has 185 mb. I think it has something to do with licensing. Can I safely delete this file without crashing my server.

Please always take the time to backup any and all data before performing any actions suggested for ANY problem, regardless of how minor a change it might seem. Also test the backup to make sure it is intact.
