I hope someone out there can help me out. It appears that a user's id has been deleted from the active directory, but perhaps her mailbox was never deleted. Now, I've received an error stating that there is no master sid account assigned to her mailbox. I went into the system manager to find out if her mailbox was still sitting there, and of course it was, but when I right click on her name, the option to purge is greyed out.

Unfortunatley, the Microsoft Web Site has a fix, but only if the user has been disabled can you use the fix. In this case, the user was deleted from the active directory, but somehow the mailbox stayed behind.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! :D
