Deleted User Accounts

I needed to input a user account for my sophos anti virus auto update feature. I put it in active directory and in the local security settings in log on as service as instructed.

I've now deleted the account from active directory but it still remains in the logon as service in this form.

*S-1-5-21-634051806-3187730474-42007-1165

I would like to remove this but have no idea how to.

Any ideas how to remove it? I believe it has something to do with removing rights before deleting a user account.

Either way I still dont know how to get rid now.

Any help much appreciated.
