delete users emails after x days

i know there is an option to delete emails after a set amount of time but i cannot find it - i want to apply the rule to the entire private info store, then opt out some mailboxes

please help

You mean retention time? This will only permanently clean out "deleted items".

Give Maibox Manager a try.

Yes, it's in Mailbox Manager as dennisbbb suggests. We do exactly this with Mailbox Manager.
