hi all,

is it possible to delete single files from a primary-pool and copy-pool?
my tsm-version is:
Storage Management Server for Windows - Version 5, Release 1, Level 6.4 (WinNT)
Backup/Archive Client Interface - Version 5, Release 1, Level 5.6 (SUSE-LINUX)

thank's

You could quickly create a new mgmt class and set those files to expire immediately after next backup. Verify they are assigned to the new class, delete, and rebackup. Gone the next day. That's my way, but there is always a different way to a single point.

Or you can delete the file from TSM client - but you have to allow "backup delete" in the particular node definition..
