How can I delete obsolete policy sets which are active wihout getting : ANR1585E DELETE POLICYSET: Policy set ACTIVE cannot be modified.

Hi there, you can't delete active policy sets because they are a copy of the original policy set and can't be altered. Generally all your policy set work is done on the inactive policy set, then you activate it to validate it and activate it - which copies it to the "ACTIVE" policy set.

OK I known this mechanism but what with obsolete entities when I want to make a redesign ?

found a solution :
delete of policy domain containing the policy set is the solution when the policy domain can be scratched !!!

Yes thats right... deleting your domain was the only way to do it. For some reason I thought you wanted to keep it...
