Delete Item in Notify Does NOT Delete from Folder

I have the mailbox folder and another folder set for Notify. With MailBox, when I delete an item in Notify, it deletes it from the MailBox. With the other folder, I get notified, but if I delete an item in Notify it does NOT get deleted from the folder.
