Delete file

I uninstalled a program called Stardock. There is a DLL left in the folder that won't delete. Is there any way to get rid of this file?

You can simply restart in safe mode to delete the file, but what program is currently using it? Have you restarted since uninstall?

Another way is hit ctrl alt delete and then click task manager and then processes and look to see if its on there. If so click on it then click end process. You should now be able to remove it.
