Delete Blades in an SV8100

Greetings, Guys. How do you delete a blade from a cabinet slot. My manual points me to 90-05. I don't have 90-05. I am logged-in at Manufacturer's level. Is there another way to do this?

Just saw it's a telephone only program.

First you need to remove the blade. Then use either webpro or pcpro to delete it.
