Delegation Of User Rights -

We are tightening our NT security & I need to delegate the right to share folders on a Server in Win 2k..

I cannot add these particular users to "server operators" group and was wondering whether there was another way?

(We are using active directory + group policies)

Any advice was be appreciated.....
