Delegate Permissions Disappear

I am attempting to delegate permissions for my assistant to view/edit my contacts. I apply the settings and check permissions again to make sure they are set. When I do this, they appear to be set correctly. However, after I close the options window and check the delegate permissions again, her permissions return to the prior settings (view/edit calendar only).

I deleted the delegate profile and tried creating a new one with the same permissions. The same thing occurs. I am only able to set delegate permissions for my Calendar but nothing else.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
