I have an end user who is a delegate for someone else. They have full access to their calendar and contacts. Is there any way I can create an shortcut on the outlook shortcut bar so they can quickly access these items?

They are using office 2000 and exchange 5.5.

Thanks

Hi, writing this from home, so I don't have access to the exchange server, or my delegate status, but I think I know how to do this. I believe that if you go to Tools->Services->Delivery Tab, you can add a new mailbox. That way it would show on the outlook folder list at the left hand side of the main window. The user will have to type in the exact name of the person for whom she is a delegate (as it appears in emails). It may be another option though, but I believe this is the way to do it.
