We recently implemented AD in our environment and I have created two delegation of control items. The first is granting our technicians the right to add computers to the domain and the second is granting outr helpdesk staff the ability to reset/change passwords and unlock accounts. The delegation worked for a few days but now it is not working. I am also no longer able to delegate the same task to a specific user as well. I verified on the security at the doamin level that the rights are present and are propogated down to through the OU's. Any insight as to why this is happening is appreciated.
