Hello is it possible to cancel that delayed ringing in DISA distribution mode? I tried 504 DISA delayed time to zero 0 but no luck .

What system is it and is it analogue lines. If yes reducing caller id wait timer could reduce the time but could affect you receiving cli
It takes a second or two for analogue lines to see the ring bursts so it will never answer straight a way like Isdn would

Its analogue yes but the incoming call ring inside after 3 caller's ring, its very slow. If you change the Disa distribution mode to normal or DIL its response at once.
