I have found a couple of earlier posts that asked this question, but not really answered.

I have a site with 7 phones. 221 is the prime set and receptionist. I have all 4 incoming lines as ring/appear on it. The other phones have appear only. After it rings 221 3 times, I want the other phones to start ringing. After 5 to 6 rings it will go to VM.

How do I do this? Step by step would be nice. I am primarily an Avaya guy and do not no the deeper nortel stuff.

Thanks guys!

There are a few ways to do this, but the catch is that you can't be using call forward busy on any of the sets you want to ring with the incoming calls.

Luger,

Can you elaborate on this a little? I know where to find hunts, but need a little help. Can you giv eme a step by step break down of how one would set this up?
