Hi,
We seem to be having an issue with mail delivery to the Outlook client. When we are expecting an email from someone the mail usually wont be delivered untill we acyually send an email out. We began to relize this because the time-stamp on the received email was a few hours behind the actuall receipt time for the user.
For example: If you sent me an email @ 5:30pm; I wouldn't get it till I sent an email to someone. It's almost like exchange needs to be woken up and told that I'm here to receive this email. And it might be 7:30pm by this time...
Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
Any help would be greatly appreciated..
Thanks,
Joe
