Delay Ring

I want to be able to have an ext. start to ring on another ext. set after about 3 rings. The dept. head wants to know when the front office is not answering so he wants their ext. to flash on his phone for a short time and then if the front office does not answer to not only continue to ring their ext. but to then start to ring on his.

Is this possible on an Opt-11? If so what are the programming instructions?

Feature is called "Directory Number Delayed Ringing" in the feature guide.

Respond to the DNDR prompt with a value in seconds, then any non-ringing DN appearance on that TN will begin to ring "n" seconds after a call is presented to it.
