I have two exchange servers. Server A is the main server and has the bulk of the mailboxes. It also receives all SMTP email and such.. Server B has a handfull of mailboxes on it. The users of Server B get their emails in batches about ever 30 minutes... If someone who has a mailbox on Server A sends a user on Server B an email it will take about 30 minutes or so for it to show up... Same goes for any external incoming email...

I have check the replication setting and everything seems OK...

any ideas?

Here's the solution for anyone out there searching for an answer to something like this... I know I pulled my hair out for a few days without much help.

There was apparently some problem either with the file system or dirctory structure in the folders that are the Mailroot queues. the Badmail, Queue and Pickup folders... I moved these folders and restarted the Exchange services and now things are flying around like they are supposed to...
