Defrag question

Hello,

When I do a Defrag on this server I get this report that these files could not be Defraged. Can these files be deleted safely? If not how can I Defrag them? They look like they are only log files.

they cant be defraged becuase they are in use
it would be unvise to delete them

thanks for the info. I defraged in safe mode and defraged more files. The files I have left are only log files where are these log files coming from? Or what is writing these logs?
