I have a Definity Audix v4 configured for DS connectivity and the users need to login to their mailboxes remotely.

I know if I had CL connectivity, *7 (back to the activity menu)is available when listening to a mailbox greeting.

Does anyone know of a way to allow remote users to login without having to be transfered into Audix by another user?

Thanks

If you have DDI facilities , point this DDI in the incoming call handling page of the trunk group to the Audix extension number . Caller recieves 'welcome to audix please input extension number.............etc

Unfortunately, I can only do that with certain types of trunk groups, this one happens do be a tie. What I did do was to create a seperate hunt group with an extension that is a DID and then added the Audix ports as members. It looks like this will work.

Thanks for you response, it got me thinking in the right direction.
