Defining folder ownership from folder names

I have 1200 users, each with their own documents area and a profile area. We are changing the security rights to Administrators and Creator Owner and so have checked to ensure that each owner is the user. Yet we have found that too many have the administrator as the owner and want to know if there is any tool that will take the folder name (which is the user's name) and make the owner the same name. Maybe some script will do this?
