defaultpassword in registry is missing - Can I replace?

Under the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/.../WinLogon/ there is no defaultpassword option. The other ones are there, defaultusername, defaultdomain, etc. Under every other computer that I have used, this was there.

Is it going to hurt to create this value?
