defaulting call pilot 1

i am swapping bcm's on monday. the old one had 3 digit mailbox numbers and the new one has already been initialized with 4 digit mailbox numbers. is there a way to change the dn length within callpilot to 3?

The Dn length on the callpilot will always match that of the BCM. Can't have 4 digit DNs on the BCM and 3 on the Callpilot. DN length is controlled by the BCM. Check under system programming.

You would have to reinstall the CP. F 982/9 password.
