Default user/pswd for Cinphony ACD

I just replaced a Cinphony ACD on to a MICS. We are also running Infocus. When I try to launch the Infocus Data Retrieval I get incorrect username/password. The username that it is tring to use is acduser, but the password is *'d out. Does anyone know the default username and password for the data collection, or where in the OS2 menu I need to go to change the login.

The password is the same. "acduser".
