Default Url Not Working using Group Policy

I have a company Intranet set as the default home page that's distributed using group policy.

It's working as sometimes the home page will load fine but sometimes when opening up the browser it will take you to this page.

Now if you click the home button in then takes you to our intranet. I just don't know what's causing the MS page to load when IE is opened.

Any suggestions?

I have seen this too and believe it has to do with Windows updates.

Make sure your systems are up to date. I suggest using WSUS.
