Default Printing Preferences In Win2k Terminal Server

I have users logging into a Windows 2k TS at a remote site. We have a local network printer that is capable of bw and colored. On the local network, they are defaulted to print to b/w. But when they go through the TS and get their printers redirected, the printing preferences do not reflect the same preferences as their local printing default. Why is that and how can I get it so that they default to b/w printing through TS. The printer just automatically defaults to colored whenever they are in the TS. This is a Konica Bizhub. The support staff for the printer are of no help.

Configure the printer on the TS box and set the defaults. Make sure that the drivers on the clients and server are the same as well.
