I am running Win 2000 Pro with Office 97. The default print set up has page size as Letter not A4. anyone know how I can change this.

You need to log onto Win2K as the local admin and do the following:
Start>Settings>Printers>Right click on the printer and select properties. The paper type should accessable from here.
