Default password for new 8691 SF blade?

We had a shelf spare 8691 switch fabric blade on a shelf brand new from a few years ago. Put it is a spare chassis I got off eBay to do some testing/ learning in our lab. Is there a defauly Login/ Password? I tried RWA & Secure.
