DEFAULT PAGE ORIENTATION

When you print, it should be a report and NOT a form.
To get the landscape orientation as a default for a report open the report in Desing View. Go To File then Page Set Up. Click on the tab Page and make the change to Landscape Orientation, then click OK.
All page set ups must be made in the Desing View.
