Default 'Location' in 'Phone and Modem Options'

XP Pro SP2/2000 Server

I would like to set a default Location for each user as part of our standard configuration. I have tried adding this to our default User Profile but it doesn't seem to be saved. I also can't see any way of doing this via Group Policy.

Any ideas please guys?

Can you do anything with this Registry Key?
