Hi, wonder if someone might be able to help! I have a basic Windows XP that was part of a domain. It's being passed to another department & has been removed from the domain, back to a basic workgroup. All it's local users have been removed, along their folders in Documents & Settings. There are no applications apart from Office.

In summary, it's as if it were never part of any network, nor used by anyone at all. The only user is Administrator.

Now the problem! The Administrators homepage is whereas it used to be a local intranet page. If I add a new user, it sets it's homepage to be that -now inaccessible- intranet page, not MSN.

I've been through the registry to all the IE references I can find & made sure that the default startpage is MSN; there is no reference at all to the intranet. But I add a new user & that's the page it tries to load!

This is very frustrating! Any ideas would be very much appreciated...

No, I want it to go to MSN! But new users get the old default webpage. I have searched the registry for that & there's no trace. There certainly was originally, but I'm confident I've found them all.
