Please help I have inherited an exchange server with problems. I am more of an admin than config expert so a bit stuck.

I have an exchange server with two incoming routes. One comes from an ISA server to exchange and another from a mail routing server at another site to exchange.

Mail going through the ISA fromt the internet works fine, however there is no mail routing from the other site. After close inspection, I can change the default gateway from the ISA to the network default gateway and mail routes internally but not externally.

I really don't know how to resolve this one, so any help much appreciated.

Really need some more details to advise you.

Assuming exchange is on a internal network then you need to manually add a static route from the isa box and not on the exchange box.
